EV Manufacturing Sector Education Institution – Saudi Arabia
Supported the mobilization of a specialized education institution dedicated to developing workforce capabilities for Saudi Arabia’s emerging electric vehicle manufacturing sector. The project aimed to equip young Saudi professionals with the technical and operational skills required across the EV value chain, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 industrial localization objectives. Through a structured consulting approach, Melius contributed to designing the institution’s governance and operating model, mapping EV-specific occupational standards, developing competency-based curricula in collaboration with OEMs and training partners, and establishing strategic partnerships with technology providers. The initiative successfully prepared the institution for operational launch while creating national upskilling pathways aligned with EV production, assembly, and long-term industrial workforce development.
