Strengthening Value Chains with the International Labour Organization
Melius Consultancy, as part of the Bureau Berro + Melius Consortium, executed a national consultancy project for the International Labour Organization (ILO) focused on value chain selection and market systems development in Lebanon. The consortium conducted in-depth value chain mapping, stakeholder consultations, market systems analysis, and export readiness planning to identify high-potential opportunities within the fruit and vegetable sector. Through this collaboration, the consortium contributed to strengthening agrifood ecosystems and unlocking sustainable economic opportunities across Lebanon.
